  • Go to the Start menu (e.g.,Windows button in corner) on any computer on campus
  • In the blank dialog box, type: \\fileserver1
  • Hit Enter
  • A prompt box should come up, asking for username and password
  •     If you are using a public machine, type: colby\  in front of your Colby username
  • Click to open the folder called Academic
  • Within this there should be folders > files for the classes you are enrolled in
